Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced onion
    2 carrots, grated
    1 small jar pimento
    1 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine sauerkraut, celery, pepper, onion, carrots and pimento. Bring to boil oil, sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Cool and pour over kraut mixture.
    Let set several hours before serving.
