Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    4 c. rhubarb, 1-inch slices
    pastry for 2-crust (9-inch) pie
    butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt.
    Add to the beaten eggs. Mix until smooth.
    Stir in the rhubarb.
    Put in 9-inch pastry shell and dot with butter.
    Put top pastry shell on.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
