Watermelon Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 large watermelon
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
lemon slices
watermelon balls
Preparation

Cut melon in chunks; remove seeds and process in blender until chunks are broken but not pureed. Run through food mill to remove fiber. Add lemon juice and sugar. Serve with ice. Garnish with melon balls and lemon slices. Do not keep longer than a day or two.
