Good Nutrition Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. breakfast cereal flakes (preferably wheat or oat)
5 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 1/8 oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix (may substitute low-fat pudding mix)
2 2/3 c. milk or as called for in pkg. directions for pie
1 c. sliced banana
1/4 c. walnut pieces
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Lightly grease sides and bottom of 9-inch pie pan.
Crush flakes with rolling pin.
In a bowl, stir sugar into flakes.
Melt butter and slowly add to cereal, mixing thoroughly.
Press mixture firmly into bottom and sides of pie pan.
Chill.
Make chocolate pudding with milk, using package directions.
Chill 10 minutes. Fold in bananas and nuts; fill pie shell.
Top with cream or other topping.
Serves 8.
