Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    10 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked
    12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (glass not recommended).
    Combine corn muffin mix, onion, cottage cheese and broccoli, drained.
    Add melted margarine. Mix thoroughly.
    Bake in pan used for melting margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, until top is lightly browned.
