Four Layer Hamburger And Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) pkg. Stouffer's macaroni and cheese, defrosted
8 oz. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. Ortega taco seasoning mix (regular)
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 c. tomato, diced
nacho cheese chips, crushed
1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Combine beef and seasoning mix in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is done. Combine one package of macaroni and cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Spread over bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish. Top with beef mixture. Spread remaining package of macaroni and cheese over beef and top with tomatoes, nacho chips and cheese to cover casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
