Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 lb. cooked salad shrimp (two 8 oz. pkg.)
    1 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    3/4 stick oleo or butter
    1 can Ro-Tel
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Halfway (30 minutes into baking time) take out of oven, stir and place back in oven.
