Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 large can pumpkin
2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients together; stir.
Add water, oil and nuts to the dry ingredients.
Fold in the pumpkin; mix well. Pour into 3 loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
May need slightly less time in the oven.
