Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1 c. grated onion
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except cheese and potatoes.
Add potatoes and mix well.
Put in a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, covered, and 1/2 hour, uncovered.
