Venita'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger, turkey or chicken
    1 pkg. taco or enchilada seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    onion, minced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    12 corn or flour tortillas
    green chilies, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, seasoning package, garlic powder and chili powder all together; drain and set aside.
    Mix together enchilada sauce, mushroom soup and tomato soup.
    Heat on low fire; simmer and stir with wire whisk.
    Put 2 to 3 tablespoons sauce in bottom of pan; dip tortillas in sauce, then add meat and cheese, then roll and lay in pan.
    Add green chilies and extra cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
