Broiled Mackerel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. mackerel
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
Preparation
    Cut fish into serving pieces; arrange in shallow ovenproof dish.
    Combine olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, basil, cheese and garlic in bowl; mix well.
    Pour over fish.
    Marinate for 1 hour, turning several times; drain.
    Broil for 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    May grill 4 to 6 inches from coals for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, if preferred.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
