Pasta House Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce
    1/3 head romaine lettuce
    1 can drained artichoke hearts
    1 thinly sliced red onion
    1 small jar pimento
    2/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. Parmesan
Preparation
    Mix the first five ingredients in large salad bowl.
    Blend oil and red wine vinegar in blender.
    Add salt and pepper; blend well. Add Parmesan.
    Pour over lettuce; toss.
