Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heads cauliflower
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 bunch celery
1 lb. carrots
1 lb. mushrooms
3 small zucchini
1 bunch broccoli
2 cucumbers
1 bunch radishes
1 small eggplant
24 crushed peppercorns
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. olive oil
3 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. tarragon leaves
Preparation

Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix with the vegetables.
Cover and chill for at least 12 hours.
Stir occasionally.
It will last the whole day without refrigerating.
Good for you.
Not very fattening.
A robust flavor the men will enjoy.
