Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. carrots, scraped
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt to taste
parsley
Preparation

Grate the carrots and pour the lemon juice over them.
Mix well.
Stir in the mayonnaise and salt.
Chill for several hours. Garnish with parsley before serving.
