Lemon Cheese Bars(Makes 24 To 36 Bars) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. Wesson oil or Crisco
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly.
    Reserve 1 cup of these crumbs for topping.
    Pat the crumbly mixture in an ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth.
    Spread over the baked crumb mixture by spooning it.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup of crumbs.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cut in bars.
