Ingredients

1 (20 pack) refrigerated sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
assorted fruits
1/2 c. apricot or peach preserves
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Freeze cookie dough 1 hour.
Slice into 1/8-inch slices. Foil-line a 14-inch pizza pan and place slices, overlapping edges slightly.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Invert onto serving platter or plate.
Carefully remove foil and turn crust right side up.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Mix well.
Spread over crust.
Arrange fruit on this, each in a circle.
Combine water and preserves and drizzle over for a glaze.
Fruit that may be used:
Sliced strawberries, peaches, pineapple, kiwi, etc.
