Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes, cut in large chunks (skin can be left on)
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan.
    Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and brown.
