Homestyle Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. bag potatoes
    1 onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bell pepper
    1 pkg. Eckrich Polska sausage
    1 can cream
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. water (if needed)
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes (allow two per person).
    Boil in salted water. Cut up sausage into bite size pieces and chop the onion and bell pepper.
    Saute.
    Add parsley and pepper after sauteing.
    Set aside.
    Drain cooked potatoes.
    Over low heat add butter, cream, milk and water, if needed.
    Add the sausage mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
