Pineapple Butternut Cake - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in unsweetened juice)
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 c. peeled raw butternut squash, shredded
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Drain pineapple; reserve and pour juice into a small saucepan. Add raisins to juice and heat to boiling. Let sit until raisins have plumped up and cooled.
