Flaky Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add butter, milk and egg.
    Knead on floured surface.
    Roll out to desired thickness.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place biscuits on greased cookie sheet, 1-inch apart. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
