Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. soft margarine
1 c. brown sugar, packed firmly
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. margarine
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes. Combine with sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup margarine. Beat with mixer until smooth.
Spoon into greased casserole dish. Top with combined brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup margarine and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
