Blueberry Grunt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. blueberries
    whipping cream or vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and dash of salt.
    Stir in the milk and vanilla.
    Pour over melted butter.
    Sprinkle blueberries over the top. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or until golden. Serve with whipping cream or vanilla ice cream.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
