Ingredients

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. strong brewed coffee
2 or 3 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Melt chocolate. Add sugar, coffee and egg yolks. Mix until thickened and remove from heat. Let cool. Add whipping cream. Spoon mousse into individual serving cups and refrigerate for 1 hour.
