Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 log \"Blue and Gold\" sausage (1 1/4 lb.)
Preparation
    Let the sausage and cheese get to room temperature because it is easier to mix. Just dump everything into a big bowl and combine well. Roll into good size balls, enough for about 2 bites a piece. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbling hot and they begin to brown. These freeze well and heat up in the microwave.
