Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (13 oz.) can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Mix thoroughly the wet ingredients; then stir in the dry items.
Pour into a 9-inch pie shell, the edge of which has been fluted high.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes; then reduce the heat to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 45 minutes or until pie passes the clean knife test.
