Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Heat griddle or pan, lightly grease.
    Pour about 3 tablespoons batter per pancake.
    Cook on both sides until golden brown.
    Makes about nine 4-inch pancakes.
