Pork Chops Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    3 oz. can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil
    cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil over medium heat for 20 minutes, turning once; remove chops.
    Cook onion and garlic in pan drippings, 2 to 3 minutes; drain fat if necessary.
    Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and liquid, Parmesan cheese and basil; stir well.
    Return chops to pan.
    Cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer 15 to 25 minutes or until pork chops are tender, stir occasionally.
    Serve over spaghetti.
