Honeydew Melon Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium honeydew melon
1 ripe cantaloupe
2 large tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
2 medium onions
1 lb. brown rice
Preparation

Cook brown rice over fire until steaming.
Do not rinse.
Take rice off fire and let stand.
Chop honeydew melon and cantaloupe into medium to small squares.
Place in large 12-inch skillet. Turn fire on low and add tomato sauce.
Slice onions into mix.
Let this mixture simmer for approximately 1/2 hour.
Season to taste. When mixture is done, serve over brown rice.
