1 c. self-rising corn meal
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced cheese
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
