Baked Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced mushrooms
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
    2 tsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice.
    Simmer in tightly covered saucepan with onion and 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Stir in flour and cheese.
    Cook for 3 minutes.
    Place in buttered baking dish.
    Mix cream and egg yolks, and pour over mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Dot with remaining butter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
