Brandied Ricotta(Fruit Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat all together.
    Mound on serving plate in center.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Can be done the day before.
    Serve with fruit and Lorna Doones.
