Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. white corn syrup
    2 c. raw peanuts
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 level tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Boil sugar, water and corn syrup to 230\u00b0.
    Add peanuts and boil to 310\u00b0.
    Remove from heat and add butter or margarine and baking soda.
    Stir and pour immediately onto a buttered cookie sheet.
