Banana Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain or nonfat yogurt
    1 c. skim milk
    1 ripe banana
    3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts flakes
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in\tblender
    on medium speed for 30 seconds.
