Zucchini Tarte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, shredded on large hole
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick (I use Jiffy mix)
    1 1/2 c. cheese (Cheddar or Longhorn)
    salt and pepper
    1 small diced onion
    1/2 c. oil
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    May be eaten warm or cold!
