Cinnamon Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
Add oil and stir. Add eggs all at once.
Stir well.
Add carrots. Mix well.
Bake in two layer pans at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
