Beef And Green Peppers(International Cuisine Japanese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in bite sized pieces
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. wine (optional)
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
    4 medium green peppers
    dash of black pepper
    2 tsp. chopped ginger
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp. Accent or m.s.g.
Preparation
    Heat 3 tablespoons oil at high heat.
    Saute green pepper slices.
    Sprinkle on 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon Accent. Fry 2 minutes, then remove to a platter.
    Fry pieces of meat in small amounts until medium rare (2 to 3 minutes).
    Add vegetables to meat and mix well.
    Add 2 cups water and 4 teaspoons soy sauce to 6 teaspoons cornstarch.
    Pour over beef and vegetables.
    Stir until thick.
    Serve over plain white rice.
    Serves four people.
