Belgium Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes baked and peeled
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. chives
    fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut based potatoes into one inch cubes.
    Heat butter in large pan until just simmering. Add the potatoes, add salt and pepper. Brown potatoes on all sides, add chives and serve warm.
    Add parsley for garnish.
    About 6 servings.
