Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. steak cubes
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1 pt. tomatoes
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown steak in a little oil.
Add green pepper, onion, celery and tomatoes.
Add a little water and flour to thicken.
Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer until meat is tender.
Serve over rice.
