Curried Beef Or Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. grated ginger (if powder, use more)
1 c. water
curry powder to taste (remember, it's potent)
cornstarch (to thicken)
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
Preparation

Brown the garlic and onion in oil until tender, then add the brown sugar, ginger, water, curry powder and cornstarch.
Add tomatoes last, and only heat through.
Serve over rice or noodles.
