Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 stick butter
    2 tsp. cornmeal
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until filling is firm (about 30 minutes).
