Chicken Casserole With Wild Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box long grain wild rice, cooked and drained
2 c. chicken or turkey breast, cooked and cubed
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. milk
1 small can chopped black olives, drained
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter 3-quart baking dish.
Spread rice evenly in bottom of dish.
Top with chicken or turkey. Sprinkle with mushrooms.
Mix soup with milk and pour over top. Add layers of olives and top with cheese.
Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 45 minutes.
