Pepper Log(Cream Spread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 small jar chipped beef
1 small onion
Worcestershire sauce
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Chop onion and chip beef finely.
Mix in cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
Roll into a log or ball.
Roll in ground pepper if desired.
Will keep in refrigerator for two weeks.
Great on crackers.
