Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. butter
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Melt butter; stir in brown sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Add flour and other dry ingredients.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Let cool 10 minutes; cut in bars or squares.
