Micro Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 sliced onion
    1/2 can stewed tomatoes (canned tomatoes or fresh tomatoes)
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in large pieces and coat with oil. Place on a 9 or 10-inch baking pan. Cover with sliced onion and tomatoes.
    Add seasonings. Cover with wax paper or plastic.
    Microwave on High for 17 to 20 minutes.
