Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick cure salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together; shape into firm roll.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap; refrigerate overnight.
    Place in a cooking bag that has around 1 tablespoon flour in bottom.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove wrap and cool.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
    Serve with your favorite crackers and cheese.
