Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar while continuing to beat egg whites.
Add vanilla and salt.
Carefully fold in chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put cookies in oven and turn oven \"off.\"
Leave in oven overnight.
Do not open oven door until morning!
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
Final product will be white and resemble divinity but will be crunchy.
