Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 cooked potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Beat potatoes until smooth.
    Add cubed cream cheese.
    Whip. Add garlic salt and 1 cup sour cream.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or may be put in the deep freeze and warmed in microwave.
