Dorothy'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. chopped apples
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix chopped apples and sugar.
Let stand till sugar dissolves. Add beaten egg and stir.
Sift flour, cinnamon, and baking soda and add to apple mixture.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
