2 Hour Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk or potato water
    `1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil or oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    3 1/2 c. flour (white or combination)
Preparation
    Heat milk/water to lukewarm.
    Add sugar, oil and salt.
    Then add dissolved yeast and beaten egg; stir well.
    Add flour, one cup at a time; stir well.
    Do not knead dough.
    It will be sticky.
    Let rise until double.
    Turn onto bread board and mix a little flour until workable.
    Do not knead.
    Make into your favorite shape rolls.
    Let rise and bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Makes 24 plus rolls.
