Scallops Edwardo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. deep sea scallops
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 lb. butter
    paprika
    garlic
    Romano cheese
    white wine
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in bread crumbs.
    Add garlic, paprika, Romano cheese and white wine to taste.
    Mix to make a thick mixture.
    Put scallops in a casserole or shallow baking pan with butter.
    Spread bread crumb mixture on top of scallops.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until scallops are white and firm.
